Ace Parking Group named finalist in 2026 Parking Industry Awards
Parking technology matters most when it makes the parking experience simpler for the people using it.
Ace Parking secures 3 finalist nominations at the Parking industry awards 2026!
At Monash Health, the LPR Project Upgrade was about improving the everyday staff parking experience. Extending licence plate recognition to staff means phones can stay away, QR codes are no longer part of the entry and exit journey, and staff do not need to wind down their windows to access parking. The result is a safer, quicker and easier start and end to the working day.
That work also reflects Ace Parking’s broader healthcare parking management focus: making complex parking environments work better for the people who rely on them every day.
At the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre, the challenge was different. Increasing parking turnover and vehicle throughput was essential to improving customer access to the precinct, particularly when demand is high. The parking technology project focused on keeping vehicles moving more efficiently so the parking operation better supports the customer experience of the wider venue.
Those two projects are among three Ace Parking Group finalist selections in the 2026 Parking Industry Awards:
- Monash Health LPR Project Upgrade – finalist in Excellence in Technology and Innovation
- Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre – finalist in Excellence in Technology and Innovation
- Ace Parking Group – finalist for Parking Organisation of the Year
The third finalist position matters for a different reason. Parking Organisation of the Year reflects the tireless effort our team puts in every day across our sites, Control Room, service and maintenance, technology, client service and support functions.
These three finalist places are not simply recognition of individual projects. Together, they reflect the work of our people to remove friction, improve parking experiences and make complex parking environments work better for our clients and their customers.
The 2026 Parking Industry Awards winners will be announced on Wednesday 14 October 2026 at Swissôtel Sydney.
