Ace Parking opens new Head Office and National Operations Centre in Burwood

Ace Parking opened its new Head Office and National Operations Centre at 2 Lytton Street, Burwood on 2 February 2026.

The company-owned facility is now the base for Ace Parking’s corporate, operational, technology, finance, administration and 24/7 remote support teams.

The Burwood site includes office and meeting areas, operational workspaces, training facilities and a dedicated warehouse supporting Ace Parking’s maintenance division, including spare parts, replacement parking equipment and project stock.

The location provides access to Melbourne’s major arterial road network and places Ace Parking’s operational and technical teams within practical reach of client sites across metropolitan Melbourne.

From Burwood, Ace Parking coordinates client support, project mobilisation, operational response, technical services and remote customer assistance across its parking portfolio.

The National Operations Centre supports Ace Parking’s 24/7 remote service model, including customer assistance, operational escalation, remote monitoring and coordination with field teams and service providers.

Ace Parking has operated these functions together for many years. The February 2026 move established them within a modern, company-owned facility configured for the operational requirements of the business.

From its Burwood headquarters, Ace Parking continues to provide parking management, consulting, parking technology, maintenance and remote support services across Australia.
