Steven began his facilities-management career in 1999 and has held senior operational and management roles on both the client and service-provider sides of the industry. He applies that experience to mobilisation, account management, process improvement and service delivery across retail, government, commercial and industrial environments.

Steven is a qualified HSEQ leader. He brings structured risk, safety and quality disciplines into operational decision-making and the business systems that support consistent client delivery.
