James English
James English is Chief Executive Officer of Ace Parking Group and President of Parking Australia. With more than 25 years in the parking industry, he works with property owners, asset managers, health services and other organisations on the commercial, operational and technology decisions that shape complex parking assets.

Parking operations and commercial strategy
James has worked across parking operations, consulting, business development, customer service, finance, technology and project delivery. That experience informs Ace Parking’s approach to operating models, equipment selection, customer experience and commercial performance.
He also leads Ace Parking’s technology-independent approach, allowing parking systems and suppliers to be assessed against the requirements of the asset rather than a predetermined product stack.
Industry leadership
James is President of Parking Australia, the national association representing the Australian parking industry. Ace Parking supports the association through Platinum organisational membership. James’s appointment to the Parking Australia Board was announced in 2017.
In 2017, James received the Parking Industry Award for Individual Excellence in Parking, recognising his contribution to the industry and strategic leadership.
